2011.
Termo-Pak d.o.o. acquired its first semi-automatic lip balm filling machine and a semi-automatic blister packaging machine. This investment enabled the company to establish cooperation with a major European retail chain.
2019.
Significant growth was achieved, primarily in the European market, with the start of collaborations with renowned Swiss, French, and Austrian groups.
2021.
Termo-Pak introduced a new fully automatic blister packaging machine, significantly streamlining production and increasing daily capacity to over 15,000 finished units. The company also expanded its workforce by 20%.
2025.
The company acquired a new fully automatic filling and pouring machine with a capacity of 3,000 units per hour. Expansion continued across existing European markets as well as into Asian markets, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia.

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Certificate
TERMO-PAK d.o.o. is a proud holder of the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certificate, which confirms that our management system complies with the highest quality standards in manufacturing.
The certificate, issued by the international organization SGS, applies to the production of lip balms and confirms that all our processes—from raw material sourcing to final product inspection—are fully compliant with prescribed standards of safety, hygiene, and traceability.
ISO 9001:2015 Certificate
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate confirms that our quality management system is fully aligned with global standards of efficiency, controlled processes, and continuous business improvement.
The certificate was issued by the independent certification body SGS and covers the areas of cosmetic product development and manufacturing. This certification confirms that all our processes—from planning and formulation development, through the sourcing of high-quality raw materials, to production monitoring and final quality control—comply with the strict requirements of this standard.
How do we work?
Our process is clear and efficient. On the right-hand side, you’ll find seven steps that guide you from the initial concept and formulation development through packaging, testing, regulatory preparation, production, and delivery.

Brand and product concept
Together with your team, we define goals and ideas, then prepare proposals for the visual and sensory direction—covering texture, fragrance, and overall look and feel. We select the optimal direction and establish a clear creative foundation for your next private label project.

Formulation development
Choose from our library of proven formulas or let us develop a completely new one. We define texture, finish, active ingredients, fragrance, and color, and prepare laboratory samples with cost optimization in mind.

Packaging and design
We select packaging formats and materials, prepare technical drawings, artwork, and copy, and verify formula–packaging compatibility.

Samples and validation
We produce approval samples and conduct stability and compatibility testing, as well as functional tests such as hydration or sun protection, if required. Final specifications are confirmed.

Regulatory and documentation
We prepare complete documentation for target markets and align labeling and product claims.

Production and quality control
Pilot and full-scale production in accordance with GMP standards. Raw material control, in-process and final quality checks, and full traceability are ensured. A line capacity of 3,000 units per hour guarantees reliable lead times.
